REGULATION OF EXOTIC ANIMALS EXIBITION

1. These regulations apply to people visiting Gadoland, and entering the exhibition is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations;
2. The exhibition of exotic animals Gadoland is run by the Recreation Pool Complex in Reda sp. z o. o. in Gdynia, with its registered office in Gdynia (81-313) at ul. Tatrzańska 10, KRS 0000445452;
3. The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00;
4. The entry fee to Gadoland is charged according to the currently valid price list and charged to each person who is over three years of age;
5. The admission ticket entitles you to enter the exhibition once. It cannot be transferred or resold to another person;
6. Entrance to the exhibition is possible for everyone, however, children under 12 years of age may stay in the exhibition area only under the supervision of an adult. In such a situation, the guardian is also obliged to purchase a ticket;
7. In the case of organized groups, the presence of at least one adult guardian per 15 children is required;
8. It is forbidden to bring animals to the exhibition area;
9. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by children. Gadoland is not responsible for damages caused by children to other children, resulting from leaving children unattended or for damages suffered as a result of not complying with the regulations;
10. It is forbidden to consume alcohol, stimulants and smoking on the exhibition grounds;
11. In Gadoland, keep silence and do not feed animals (unless with the consent of the owner or guardian of animals);
12. There is a ban on running, knocking on windows and noisy or behavior that violates good manners in the exhibition area. Pictures can be taken without using the flash;
13. Recreational Swimming Pool Complex in Reda spółka z o. o. reserves the right to record and make available the images of people staying at the Gadoland exhibition on the Reda Aquapark website, on the social media profile (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube), to which the visitor agrees. The person whose image has been made available has the right to request its removal.
14. Persons who do not comply with the regulations, disturb the peace and cause a threat to animals or other people staying in the area of ​​Gadoland will be asked to leave the exhibition area without the possibility of refunding the ticket fee.
15. The Regulations come into force on the day of their announcement. The Recreation Pools Complex in Reda sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change the regulations at any time;
16. The management of the Facility is not responsible for items left unattended on the premises of the Facility.
17. Comments and requests should be submitted at the information point.
18. The administrator of personal data is the Recreational Pool Complex in Reda, a limited liability company with its registered office in Gdynia (81-313) at ul. Tatrzańska 10. The data is processed for marketing purposes, ensuring security and enabling the provision of the service. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ). Persons whose data is processed have the right to access, correct, delete, object to their processing and request their transfer to another data administrator. The data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the service.
